Locally PH - My Favorite Partner in Travel



Such an amazing experience to travel and meet new friends. Last week I had the opportunity to be part of the “LAKBAY NORTE” hosted by NLEX CORPORATION itself. NLEX Lakbay Norte, a media familiarization trip that highlights and promotes tourism in Central and Northern Luzon. Uncovering Bulacan’s exceptional food and leisure scene with NLEX.

We started the day with a cup of coffee while enjoying custom cakes at Anne’s Artisanal Bread & Pastries. A short drive from the bakery is Marcel’s Bouldering Nook, the first and only wall climbing facility in town. This quirky spot offers climb-eat-stay packages for beginner to advanced wall climbers at pocket-friendly rate. Luckily, I have my Locally Juice drink in this type of activity. I was able to reward myself with a refreshing taste of indigenous fruits that were sourced from the rich and colorful Filipino soil.


Not to be missed too are the lutong bahay experienced with Jaco’s Ulam Drive Thru in Malolos and if you want to go all out or impress a date, be sure to bring them to La Bistecca.




Another worthy experienced with this tour is to lay down and have a soothing scrubs and massages against the sound of rustling bamboo when you to Lawiswis Kawayan Garden Resort and Spa in Calumpit. Indulge in open cabanas surrounding the lap pool or in an air-conditioned room or villa.
